Flexible production automation through human-robot collaboration

Robotization is one of the most important techniques in solving complex problems in the field of production methods. Automation with the option of free programming is necessary for more flexibility in the production process. Industrial robots provide optimal flexibility and can yield enormous savings in costs and time. We make this happen in a wide variety of markets and applications.

Robotization now within reach of SMEs

Until recently, industrial robots were only accessible to large companies. There they mainly become usedfor specialist, repetitive, fast actions. Now the cobots are, collaborative robots on the rise. These robots help employees or machines to perform their tasks. As a result, industrial robots are now within reach of SMEs.

A cobot works between and with people

The cobot is a complex industrial robot that is intended to physically work with people in a shared workspace. These collaborative robots open up a new range of applications. Such a cobot is easy to move, learns new tasks easily and can work between and with people.

The benefits of cobots

  • Generally deployable
  • Collaborate with operators without additional safety measures such as safety screens
  • Easy to program
  • The payback time can be further reduced by flexible deployment in various positions.

Total Productivity for independent advice

Total Productivity is not tied to any robot manufacturer or brand as a representative. This gives us the freedom to arrive at the optimal choice in consultation with the customer. This applies to the industrial robot or cobot itself as well as to additional techniques, such as the gripper, camera, scanner and lighting.

Livestream: Innovation & economy stimulate reshoring

Recent times have made it clear that our dependence on low-wage countries is high. Being able to operate independently of these production countries has thus become a topic of discussion.

But why is there so much production abroad? How can we shorten the chains and how do you organize production in the Netherlands? We talk about it during this NHNEXT livestream with Thijs Pennink, Hans Totté, Peter Hobbelen and Marjolijn Dölle.

Business as usual “doing business in Corona time”

Normally there is little ambition in this statement, but nowadays the pursuit of “business as usual” is already quite a challenge. We are proud to announce that we have been able to deliver our recent projects without delay. With a lot of creativity we have found solutions to the challenges that have come our way.
