Automated testing without loss of output

Integrale kwaliteitsborging is cruciaal

Dit kan door de test automation can be optimally integrated into the production process.

In-line, offline and end-of-line product testing

Of course, a production line must first of all intrinsically guarantee the quality of the product to be manufactured, but depending on the product, the methodologies used and the complexity or life phase of the product, test automation may be necessary.

We develop and manufacture both semi-automatic and fully automatic testing equipment. In most cases, semi-automated testing means that input and output of the product to be tested is done manually. Both forms of test automation can take place in-line, offline and end-of-line.

Examples of product tests suitable for test automation

  • Functional test
  • Safety test
  • Pressure test
  • Moisture resistance test
  • Dimension test (build quality)
  • Endurance test

Our project and account approach ensures that the realized test automation meets the specifications. The design of the test tools takes into account (future) product changes and the desired flexibility.

Livestream: Innovation & economy stimulate reshoring

Recent times have made it clear that our dependence on low-wage countries is high. Being able to operate independently of these production countries has thus become a topic of discussion.

But why is there so much production abroad? How can we shorten the chains and how do you organize production in the Netherlands? We talk about it during this NHNEXT livestream with Thijs Pennink, Hans Totté, Peter Hobbelen and Marjolijn Dölle.

Business as usual “doing business in Corona time”

Normally there is little ambition in this statement, but nowadays the pursuit of “business as usual” is already quite a challenge. We are proud to announce that we have been able to deliver our recent projects without delay. With a lot of creativity we have found solutions to the challenges that have come our way.
