The production systems supplied by us are characterized by seamless integration into JIT and Lean (6 sigma) processes. The OEM solutions concern both (sub) assembly cells and workstations directly on the line. Flexibility (changeover times), quality, turnaround times and ergonomics play an important role in this.
(semi-) automatic systems
Examples of delivered (semi-) automatic systems concern the assembly of tank, height control valve, cable harness and battery boxes. Because we speak the language of the automotive sector, our method of production automation fits well with the requirements of process control, process quality, investments and flexibility that this sector knows.
The solutions we supply to the First Tier Suppliers have the same characteristics, with the exception that they are not directly linked to the final assembly line. Our production automation systems are used in the production of, among others, horns, shock absorbers and complex roof systems. Our experience in the automotive industry guarantees a solid and advanced solution that meets the requirements of the customer.
In the production of the systems, an accurate project plan is maintained with our customers where milestones such as Engineering Review, FAT, SAT, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) are completed with the customer.
Good Engineering Practices (GEP)
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) are also referred to as commissioning or commissioning. It is part of the Good Engineering Practices (GEP) that we follow.
