Mark Winter, new project engineer-constructor
It has been buzzing through the building for a while: Winter is coming. On September 1, the time had come: Mark Winter started at Total Productivity as a project engineer-constructor. In addition to technical qualities, Mark has a sense of commerce, is creative and social.
Powerful vision on innovation
At his previous employer, who invents and develops innovative solutions for cut flower processing, Mark was the lead engineer R&D. After almost 7 years, Mark's innovation agenda was empty and it was time for a new adventure for this Alkmaarder. In our company Mark found what he was looking for: A professional organization with a strong vision on innovation. Where people look at the customer's problems in a refreshing way. TP looks at the machine, the product and the working method in order to achieve the best possible end result.
He is looking forward to working with colleagues who each contribute their own expertise and input to the process. An environment where you can collaborate and learn from others. Unfortunately, this is not made easy by the current pandemic, but TP is doing everything it can to alleviate this suffering.
Conceptual brainstorming session
Mark participates in improvisational theater with his wife. In his spare time, he also likes to ride his racing bike through the North Holland landscape. Family outings at the weekend and the occasional game night with the group of friends fill his agenda. But he likes to make time for a conceptual brainstorming session.
