New addition: Dennis Broers-Project Engineer

Total Productivity is always looking for talents who can complement the existing team. Fortunately, we can rely on that team's network, because the most valuable suggestions often come from this channel. We are therefore very happy with Dennis' arrival.

Dennis Broers, Project-Engineer TP

It was colleague Vincent who invited Dennis to come and talk in Broek op Langedijk. Vincent has received internship guidance from Dennis' father in the past. From this context, a friendship developed between them. That's how he got to know Dennis (as the son of…). Dennis has now grown into a Mechatronic Engineer that every technician likes to have as a colleague and it was time for an introduction to Total Productivity.

Thoroughbred Technician

Dennis is a thoroughbred technician. Dennis therefore did not like the theoretical learning path. He opted for a vocational training in technology from primary school. Even then, he stood out for his motivation and precision. In his private time Dennis does not let go of technology, this is apparent from his love for motocross and tinkering with his motorcycle.

Instrument maker

The step to theLeiden Instrument Makers School (LiS)was therefore a logical one. After he had completed his MBO there, Dennis soon saw that he would not be happy in the long term behind a lathe or milling machine. He then decided to continue his education at HBO.

Project engineer at TP

Dennis is now in his final year of HTS Mechanical Engineering. In addition, he now works at TP as a Project engineer. His first impression? TP is an accessible team that works together on great projects. Due to the diversity of projects and the short lead times, there is more than enough room for input and personal development.
